1. The Service

Rowhome Roofing operates a roofing referral and lead-generation service. We are not the roofing contractor performing repair, replacement, inspection, or construction work. We help property owners submit a request and may connect that request with independent roofing professionals.

2. No Obligation and No Guarantee

Submitting a request is free and does not require you to hire any contractor. We do not guarantee that a contractor will respond, that a contractor will be available, or that any estimate, price, schedule, financing, insurance outcome, workmanship, or completed project will meet a particular result.

3. Independent Contractors

Contractors introduced through the service are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Rowhome Roofing. You are responsible for evaluating a contractor before hiring them, including checking licensing, insurance, references, scope, pricing, warranties, permits, and any other requirements relevant to your project.

4. Referral Compensation

Rowhome Roofing may receive compensation from contractors for referrals or leads. Referral compensation does not create a contractor relationship between Rowhome Roofing and the homeowner and does not require a homeowner to purchase any service.

5. Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize Rowhome Roofing to contact you regarding your request and to share the request with roofing professionals for referral purposes. If you provide a mobile number, you may receive inquiry-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing roofing services.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or unlawful requests, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowhome Roofing is not responsible for the acts, omissions, estimates, workmanship, contracts, warranties, disputes, or damages arising from services provided by independent contractors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to use of the site after its effective date.
